For the guide, it is perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Annecy. Small in size, it is located 1.5 km from the centre of Talloires and has magnificent blue waters.
A well equipped beach
Practical for children, as the access to the water is on a gentle slope and swimming is supervised by lifeguards. The lawn is shaded and equipped with tables and benches for picnics. There is a bar and a good quality snack bar on site, as well as deckchair hire.
The restaurant is called “Le Petit Paradis” and it lives up to its name as you can eat with your feet in the water and enjoy quality French cuisine with a contemporary presentation. A beach volleyball and petanque court are available for the more sporty.
Parking is available nearby and is often very full. You may prefer to cycle or take the bus.
The guide’s plus
A small river crosses the beach to flow into the lake, you will appreciate the contrast between the cold water coming down from the mountains and the warmer water of the lake.
